Some of the missions they focus on is their career and employment program. In this program youth are given the opportunity in individual case management, and training in digital literacy, teamwork and more. This program also helps the youth develop their resume. Their girls world program exposes young females to different cultures, careers, college options, and activities to boost self esteem and awareness on social justice issues. Their YEP! program combats use of drugs. They have a restorative justice program and urban arts program. Lastly, they have a men against violence research collaborative.
